See what the clinician receives
CKD risk triage from the panel you already drew. Pick one of the synthetic cases below and the page illustrates the shape of the product output — the risk band, the confidence signal, the clinical considerations, and the report and exchange formats they come out in.
Every case on this page is synthetic. Nothing you do here is calculated, no patient data is accepted, and no request leaves your browser.

Where this stops
VANTAGE is Clinical Decision Support, not a diagnostic. It does not replace urine testing, eGFR or any other test, and it does not diagnose CKD. Confirmatory kidney testing is ordered by the clinician after a patient is flagged, and every clinical decision remains the provider's, based on a complete patient evaluation.
Where the evidence stands
Retrospective feasibility demonstrated on a US adult clinical cohort. Independent external validation is in progress and is not yet complete.

This page is a walkthrough of the output. The full clinical tool is where you put values through it yourself, with nothing to install.

The next step after a walkthrough is a retrospective look-back on a de-identified extract — what the model would have surfaced, against what actually happened.
