Evidence

Where the evidence stands

Retrospective feasibility demonstrated on a US adult clinical cohort. Independent external validation is in progress and is not yet complete.

No performance figures appear on this site until a public preprint or peer-reviewed paper is available. When one is, it will be linked here.

Inputs & Population

What the model reads, and who it is for

Inputs

Values already present in a routine adult workup — standard blood work, vitals and basic history, drawn and recorded as part of ordinary care.

Intended population

The primary workflow is designed for adults (18+) on a routine adult panel. It is not designed for pediatric use. Confirmatory kidney testing follows a flag; every clinical decision remains the provider's.

Patent-pending technology. Provisional patent filed March 2026.

Study Ledger

Every claim carries the stage it has actually reached

Demonstrated, in progress, designed, or still a hypothesis — the same maturity vocabulary used across the site.

Retrospective feasibility

Demonstrated

Feasibility demonstrated retrospectively on a US adult clinical cohort: the model produces risk stratification from routine-panel inputs. Retrospective results do not guarantee prospective clinical performance.

Independent external validation

In progress

External validation on independent cohort data is in progress and is not yet complete. Performance results will be published when a public preprint or paper is available — none are stated before then.

STRATA — first sponsor retrospective study

Study designed

A governed, model-to-data retrospective study design: whether model-assisted review of routine panels would surface candidates for confirmatory kidney evaluation that a standard site query misses, and at what review cost. Written as design; no results exist to report.

CADENCE — progression validation design

Study designed

A validation study design for CKD progression questions — serial routine panels read as a longitudinal trajectory. A separate model and a separate evidence path from the prevalence work; it would need its own validation before any claim is made.

Prospective clinical evaluation

Research hypothesis

Prospective evaluation in live clinical workflows is the stage after external validation completes. Its design will be published alongside the pilots that carry it.
